I placed my order at 3-4 pm New York time and it was delivered early next morning Kiev's time. I wrote e-mail to customer service and got response in less then an hour. Delivery was on time and items looked beautiful. My friend was very happy and surprised and in couple of hours I received her picture with a huge smile on her face. We get spoiled by good service, but this company made an extra step to make me very satisfied and my friend very happy - this is something that we don't see to often.
