I would like to pay in my local currency. Can I do that?

Our invoice will show the total amount of your order in USD and either: your local currency or any other currency you request. Credit card charges depend on the exchange rate used by your card’s issuing bank.
 

We can always provide you with an estimate in your currency based on the current exchange rate.
 

I am looking to send the same floral gift to multiple countries. Can you do that?

The short answer: Yes, but with some limitations.
 

You can imagine that maintaining high-quality stock in 200 countries is quite a juggling act, and there’s no way to keep the same bouquets and gifts in every region at once. Each country catalog is filled with the floral gifts available there; we have made things as easy as possible for you to find the perfect bouquet gift to send to your friends, family, and co-workers, no matter where they are. We have a variety of beautiful bouquets and gifts available for delivery all over the world.
 

Certain items in our catalog may also be available for delivery to multiple countries, but parts of our catalog may vary considerably by region. If the set you are looking for is unavailable in a country on your list: we can still deliver the same item there, but the exact price and brands of the items in your cart may vary. A corporate gift consultant can assist you in selecting a similar product.
 

Do I have to use your bulk order form?

When ordering more than three flower gifts at the same time: YES.
 

Based on our many years of experience streamlining the process of sending multiple floral gifts at once, we have developed a convenient and fast way to receive and process your orders. We take care of everything for you (and many other customers), from helping you pick the right flowers for your bouquets to adding your corporate logo and shipping your order. Getting the information for all of your orders at once saves us time, helps us verify each address, and assures the fastest processing and delivery times. The process seems intimidating at first, but everything will be easy once you get the hang of it. The instructions are on the second page of the spreadsheet, and you can also watch this short video. Can I add my company’s logo?

Sure! All gifts come with a gift card, and you can add your company’s logo, slogan, and other branding materials for FREE. Find out more about branding gifts here.
 

How do I incorporate my company’s logo?

Send your high-quality (300 dpi) .JPEG, .PNG, or .TIFF files along with your order. Please keep in mind that this process will add 7 business days, starting from the day you complete payment, to the delivery time for your gifts. If I order for multiple recipients to the same address will I have to pay a separate delivery fee?

If you order multiple items, we may have to send the gifts individually due to the shipping logistics. In this instance, there will be an additional delivery fee. In some cases, we can provide delivery discounts when sending gifts to multiple recipients at the same address. I am looking to send the same gift to multiple countries. Can you do that?

Whereas some gifts in our catalog are available for delivery in multiple countries, our catalog varies significantly by region. If an item is out of stock in some country on your list: we can still deliver the equivalent arrangements there, but the exact cost and labels of the items in your order may vary. Please contact our corporate expert to find out if a particular bouquet or gift you are interested in is available in all countries on your list or to help select a similar item.
 

There’s something wrong with my order. What are you going to do about it?

Please contact us as soon as you realize there is a problem with your order. It will help our investigation if you can provide us with as many details about the problem as possible. For example:
 

  • What is the main issue with the gift?
  • What items were delivered — was anything damaged or missing?
  • Providing clear images of the delivered gift(s) is greatly appreciated and often helps to speed up our investigation of your complaint.
     

We will thoroughly investigate the issue in 24–48 hours and contact you with our findings and the next steps.
 

Do the prices include shipping, taxes, and customs duties?

The prices of our gifts do include taxes and customs duties. Shipping fees are not included as they vary by country.
 

How can I order for the same people I sent gifts to last year?

Our customer service department can assist you with updating your past bulk order form with new gift selections for this year. We can also provide you with a list of your past recipients and their addresses, so you just have to enter your gift selections. Send your order to us for processing by verifying their contact information is still accurate, adding or deleting recipients, and selecting your gifts.
 

How do I apply my discount?

Please indicate in your email that you would like us to calculate your discount when you place a bulk order. If you have a discount code to use, please note it in your email. Otherwise, corporate discounts are calculated based on the amount of the order. If you are placing a single order online you can enter the discount code during the checkout process.
 

Do you ship from abroad (in connection with customs) or locally?

To keep delivery times and costs to a minimum, we maintain warehouses in every country (or region) we serve. Therefore, you do not have to worry about tariffs or tax hassles. In the countries of the European Union and areas with open borders, we ship goods from 2-3 centrally located warehouses to ensure fast delivery.
 

Can I send multiple gifts at the same time?

Yes! Our company specializes in large orders sent to multiple recipients. All you need to do is simply download our electronic order form here, fill in the order form with your chosen flower gifts; information about your recipients, including names, addresses, and phone numbers. Once you’ve filled in all the information email your form to us for processing. We will send you an email to confirm your order and process your payment.
 

Can I send gifts to non-traditional locations?

Definitely! Our company can deliver flower gifts to hotel rooms, hospital rooms, schools, and cruise ships. Just reach us with your receiver’s details — hotel or hospital room; cruise ship reservation number and room number; or school address, phone number, and classroom number — and we’ll ensure your gift goes where you want!
