My Fiances mother is very sick and in the hospital. I wanted to send my future mother in law something special during this difficult time. I used good choice flowers and they had excellent customer service on the phone when I was wondering about which language to write in the order form. The flowers arrived right on time and it was larger than expected. It was really beautiful and we appreciated everything.

I'm not one to usually write reviews, but I'm making an exception for this team! They've truly won me over with their exceptional service. Despite the challenges - including a cancelled delivery due to miscommunication and drizzle - the team persevered and ensured timely delivery. The backend team was also super helpful and responsive.
