Step Two is the easy part! One of our corporate gift specialists will begin working on processing your request for store credit. After they’ve processed your request, they’ll send you an invoice with a secure payment link to use to complete your purchase. Don’t have a credit card? No problem. You can pay with an offline payment method, like a wire transfer.
 

Step Three — You’ve done it! After your payment has been processed you will receive an invoice with detailed information about your purchase.
 

 
Some things you should keep in mind about store credit:
 

• There will never be an expiration date on your store credit.
• You can use your store credit on any bouquet, flower arrangement, living plant, or other gifts in our catalog, regardless of the country of delivery.
• Unfortunately, we cannot refund store credit. Once you purchase it you can only use it in our store.
• Refunds on flowers purchased with your store credit will appear back in your account balance. Note that store credit can not be refunded back to your original payment method.
